Shipping & Delivery Policy

What are the delivery charges?
The shipping charge is based on the weight of each product (higher of actual or volumetric weight). For multiple products, the shipping charges of each individual product are summed up to ascertain the total shipping charge. The minimum weight taken into account is 500gms.
What is the estimated delivery time?
The estimated time of delivery is mentioned on every product page. It may differ from one item to another. Please read below for an explanation of delivery estimates:

In Stock:  For all areas serviced by reputed couriers the delivery time will be upto 7 business days. For other areas, orders will be sent by Registered Post / Speed Post through the Indian Postal Service which may take 1-2 weeks depending on the location. In case of GoFlight products the shipping time would be 5 – 7 weeks. Business days exclude public holidays and Sundays.
Preorder or Forthcoming: These items are soon to be released and we prebook your item for you. The item will be shipped to you on the day of the official release launch. The Preorder duration varies from item to item. Once known, release time and date is mentioned. Eg: 5th May, August 3rd week.
For Out of Stock items: Currently we do not have these products available for sale. Please use the “Contact us” form and we will let you know once it is available for sale on D V Flight 4 Fantasy Pvt Ltd.

How will the delivery be done?
We process all deliveries through reputed couriers and / or through Registered Post / Speed Post. If there is no courier / Speed post service available in your area, we will get in touch with you and try to work out a convenient alternate delivery location that is serviced by our courier partners.

All electronic items are insured for theft and damage during transit.

What about hidden costs (sales tax, octroi etc)?
There are no extra taxes, hidden costs or additional shipping charges. The price mentioned on the website is the final price. What you see is what you pay. Our prices are all inclusive. All taxes are included in the list price.

Does Flight 4 Fantasy deliver internationally?
Flight 4 Fantasy doesn’t deliver items internationally. You are more than welcome to make your purchases on our site from anywhere in the world, but you’ll have to ensure the Delivery Address is within India.

Are Electronics purchased online covered by warranty?
All Electronics sold on Flight 4 Fantasy are sourced from Manufacturers / suppliers authorized by the Manufacturer. They come with a back-to-back Manufacturer’s warranty and are serviceable at the corresponding brand’s authorized service center(s), unless specified otherwise, which may be within or outside India. The associated shipping and allied costs would have to be borne by you.

Cancellation & Return Policy

What is Flight 4 Fantasy’s return policy?
When you buy our products, and the products are not in accordance with the orders placed, we will cheerfully issue a full refund. To request a refund, simply contact us with your purchase details within 3 days of receipt of your products. Please include your order number (sent to you via email after ordering) and tell us why you’re requesting a refund – we take customer feedback very seriously and use it to constantly improve our products and quality of service.
In case you feel that the product received is not as per the order placed, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 24 hours of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.
Items should be returned in the original condition you had received them. Please understand that we cannot accept returns in certain instances:

- Damages due to misuse of product
- Incidental damage due to malfunctioning of product
- Any consumable item which has been used or installed
- Products with tampered or missing serial / UPC numbers
- Any damage / defect which is not covered under the manufacturer’s warranty
- Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer’s packaging if any, and all other items originally included with the product(s) delivered

What is the cancellation and refund policy for Software Downloads?
The cancellation and refund will only be done under the following circumstance:
We are unable to resolve a genuine technical fault within 2 business days from the time you had reported the error

What do I do if I do not receive my Products?
In case of non-receipt of the products within 14 days of being shipped, please report the same to our Customer Service team. The cancellation request will, however, be entertained once the non-receipt has been checked and determined at our own end. For books, VCDs, DVDs, software products, the matter should be reported within 7 days.

How do I cancel an order?
Cancellations for Products will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors / merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping the products.

Unfortunately, an order cannot be cancelled in case the product has already been shipped / a delivery has already been made. No cancellations are entertained for those products that D V Flight 4 Fantasy Pvt Ltd has obtained on special occasions like Pongal, Diwali, Valentine’s Day etc. These are limited occasion offers and therefore cancellations are not possible.

Once your cancellation request is created, we will ensure that the cancellation is processed as soon as possible

Can I Cancel Experience bookings done on the Website?
Experience bookings done on the Website cannot be cancelled in general.

The booking shall be deemed to be cancelled in the following circumstances:-
The booking is valid only for the specific time, duration, location and type of simulator. The booking shall become valueless and non refundable if not used on the date, time and location specified on its face.

If, in the opinion of a representative of Flight 4 Fantasy, the user is in breach of these Online Booking Terms or is under the influence of drugs or alcohol, or that it is necessary for the safety or comfort or security of other customers or for the protection of property, the representative reserves the right to refuse the entry or request the Customer to leave the Flight simulation centre and may if necessary physically remove the Customer from the Flight simulation centre or physically restrain the Customer.

Flight 4 Fantasy is required to abide by and enforce the age restrictions as specified by the Law for the time being in force and conditions of usage of the simulators. In the event that an authorised Flight 4 Fantasy representative is of the opinion that the user does not meet the minimum age requirement and the user cannot provide photographic proof that they are of the required age, Flight 4 Fantasy will not permit entry to that simulator experience.
If the booking is cancelled for any of the above circumstances, no refund will be granted.

Will I get a refund if the experience cannot be taken as a simulator is non-functional?
Flight 4 Fantasy will do everything possible to ensure the operating times of the experience are met. However due to circumstances beyond Flight 4 Fantasy’s control there may be times that an experience has to be cancelled or scheduled to a different time or date. In this instance the user may be given a refund of the amount paid for booking the experience, only. The mode of refund shall be at the sole discretion of Flight 4 Fantasy. The user agrees not to bring in any action against Flight 4 Fantasy in such instance.

How long will it take to process my cancellation request?
Once you request the cancellation of item(s) in your order, it will take us a maximum of 3 business days to cancel the order and initiate a refund process. You will be notified of the same.

What are the modes of refund available after cancellation?
Refund for a cancelled order is processed as Back to Source – In this case, the money will be refunded back to the payment mode/account that was originally used to make the transaction.

Once you have requested the cancellation of item(s) in your order, Flight 4 Fantasy will complete the cancellation and initiate the refund. Refunds will be processed within a 14 day period. Please get in touch with the banks directly in case of any delays post confirmation of refund by Flight 4 Fantasy.

Replacement Policy

Replacement can be for the entire product/s or part/s of the product subject to availability of the same.

Following products shall not be eligible for return or replacement:

• Damages due to misuse of product;
• Incidental damage due to malfunctioning of product;
• Any consumable item which has been used/installed;
• Products with tampered or missing serial/UPC numbers;
• Digital products/services
• Any damage/defect which are not covered under the manufacturer’s warranty
• Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box,  manufacturer’s packaging if any, and all other items originally included with the product/s delivered;

If Flight 4 Fantasy has suspicion or knowledge, that any of its buyers are involved in any activity that is intended to provide claims or information that is false, misleading or not genuine, then Flight 4 Fantasy may while reserving its rights to initiate civil and/or criminal proceedings against member may also at its sole discretion suspend, block, restrict, cancel the Display Name of such buyer and /or disqualify that user and any related users from availing protection through this program.

Flight 4 Fantasy reserves its right to initiate civil and/or criminal proceedings against a user who, files a invalid and/or false claims or provides false, incomplete, or misleading information. In addition to the legal proceedings as aforesaid, Flight 4 Fantasy may at its sole discretion suspend, block, restrict, cancel the Display Name [and its related Display Names] of such user and/or disqualify that user and any related users from availing protection through this program. Any person who, knowingly and with intent to injure, defraud or deceive, files a Fraudulent Complaint containing false, incomplete, or misleading information may be guilty of a criminal offence and will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
